You are one your way to becoming a world class HR professional with a little help from AI. Landdai is an artificial intelligence model that has been fine turned to create, personalize and even present learning and development content for HR organizations.
To begin, go to landdai.com and click the “Get Started” button in the top right hand corner.
From there you will be directed to the Landdai welcome page. Click the “Log in with Google” button. You will then be prompted to put in your gmail address.
Once you’ve added your email and press enter. You will be directed to a page with all the different plan options. Read the options and decide on the plan that works best for you.
If you choose the free plan you will be directed straight to the Landdai editor. But remember you’ll only be able to complete three projects with this option.
If you choose a payment plan, you will be directed to a stripe payment page. Fill in all the details and press the “subscribe” button.
Irregardless, of whether you choose the free trial or a paid subscription, once you make your choice you will be directed the Landdai app.
One in the Landdai app you will notice on the left hand side there are three apps you can choose from.
The first app is called Scripts. The Landdai Scripts App will create an Ai generated document that you can use for your next session.
The second app that you will see in the left hand side bar is Presentations. The Landdai Presentation App will create a fully functional presentation deck complete with title slide, agenda slide, content slide, and AI generated photo’s.
The third app in the side bar is the Trainer Bot. The Landdai Trainer Bot App will provide you answers to any leadership and professional development questions you ask it.
Once you choose which Landdai app you want to use, you will be shown several resource categories for you to choose from. You can choose a training presentation, or a 1on1 coaching session, or even a focus group among many others.
Simply click on the category for the type of resource that you want the AI to create for you.
From there you will be shown several different template options for you to choose within that resource category.
Each template will create a different style of resource within that specific category.
So, depending on the type of category and template you choose the Ai will create entirely different resource. With generative AI there are literally millions of potential resources that are at your disposal.
Each template will prompt you to choose a topic or subject for the resource that you need created.
After you enter a prompt and press the generate button. It typically takes Landdai between one to two minutes to create your resource.
Please be patient and don’t click out of the page as your resource is being created. Remember, Landdai is not simply loading a resources from a database, but rather it is using its artificial intelligence to actually create the resource for you.
Once the resource is created, You can edit it using the in app editor. or you can even ask Landdai to generate more content around a specific aspect of the resource to further expand it on a particular aspect.
Then once the resource is complete to your satisfaction. There are a several export options that you can choose from.
